  • Membership is open to any school-age child, between the ages of 5-18 who has lost a parent, sibling or primary caregiver.

What Happens Next?

Once we receive your application, you will be contacted by our Program Manager to schedule your first visit to Kate’s Club for a tour and personal family orientation.
