Clubhouse Membership Process

Membership Process

  1. Application: Submit one application for each child or teen joining Kate's Club. You will then receive a welcome email with next steps.
  2. Parent/Caregiver Phone Interview
  3. Bereavement Needs Assessment: Assessment for children ages 8 and older that allows us to better understand your member's needs. Optional for virtual members.
  4. Family Orientation: Parents, caregivers and members attend an introductory program with other families new to Kate’s Club.

*Full membership process cannot be complete until at least 2 months after parent, sibling or caregiver death.
