Park Bench

A monthly peer support group that provides support, education, and resources to parents, caregivers, or any adult family member of a Kate's Club child or teen.
  • Both in-person and virtual
  • Quarterly topics include parenting, dating, self-care, and more while grieving
  • Held at various times throughout the month

Holiday H.U.G.S.

Healing, Understanding, and Giving Support (H.U.G.S.) events bring grieving families together for extra support around four holidays: Sibling's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, and the winter holiday season.

Traumatic Loss Retreat

Families at the Atlanta Clubhouse are invited to participate in Growing With Grief, a one-day retreat for families that have experienced suicide, homicide, or overdose deaths.

School-Based Workshops

Grief education is available for schools, youth organizations, parents, caregivers, and other supporters of grieving children. These workshops are available in-person or virtually and can be customized to fit the needs of caregivers in your school or program. Topics include: understanding grief reactions at different ages, how to support a grieving child while you are also grieving, and building resilience.
